You can either burn the image (there are several softwares for that), or to extract the content by using this software called UltraISO (http://www.ezbsystems.com/ultraiso/). Either way, you have to install the catalog since running it from CD doesn't seem to work well. It should be done in a PC with Windows XP and Japanese settings, hopefully. (It CAN be run with no Japanese settings and using AppLocale as I did, but it's such a mess >.<)
